Derechos, legitimidad pública y política en Argentina
que presentará el investigador de la Universidad de Oxford y de la Universidad de Tucumán, Argentina, Gabriel Pereira.
*Gabriel Pereira, is currently postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Sociology at University of Oxford. He completed his PhD in Politics at the University of Oxford in 2014. He holds a Master Degree in Social Science (Democracy and Democratization) from the University College London, and a Law Degree from the National University of Tucuman. He was Visiting Scholar at both Columbia Law School (USA) and the School of Law at the University of Palermo (Argentina). He has written in journals and in books on fields including transitional justice, business and human rights, human rights, and judicial politics. He received different awards including the Barbinder Watson Trust award from St Hughs College, University of Oxford; the Abbey-Santander Academic Awards, University of Oxford; and a Chevening Scholarship from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He is also a human rights practitioner and worked for local and national organizations in Argentina. He is currently deputy director of Andhes.
