Virtual Assistant

A Virtual Assistant is a smart program stored on an individual’s PC or portable device that monitors all e-mails, faxes, messages, computer files, and phone calls in order to learn all about you. Over time, the Virtual Assistant would take over routine tasks such as letter writing and phone calling. It’s a logical solution to the problem of information overload that human personal assistants currently solve.
